Jefferson Health is Hiring a Labor Relations Specialist Near Philadelphia, PA

ResponsibilitiesWorks with the Director, Strategic Labor Relations to implement and maintain positive employee and labor relations policies, programs, and processes throughout Jefferson Health. Supports divisional HRBPs in resolving, tracking and trending employee grievances and ensures appropriate follow-up on investigations, where appropriate. Supports HRBPs investigations, fact finding, requests for information and attendance at hearings. Participates in day to day management of the CBA as well as other labor initiatives and employee engagement activities. Supports HRBPs and management in ensuring contract compliance and effective contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree; Previous related experience preferred.
Conditions of Employment Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson’s clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
