ResponsibilitiesMakes periodic inspections of and maintains all equipment associated with supplying safety lighting, plumbing, heating and ventilation, air conditioning, control systems and any other system for which responsible.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QualificationsHigh School or GED required. Technical School preferred.
_________________________________________________________________________ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Three (3) years - with technical school
Four (4) years - without technical school
________________________________________________________________________ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
Types of equipment used:
Hand and power tools, welding and brazing equipment
_________________________________________________________________________ Conditions of Employment Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson’s clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Make checks of all mechanical area equipment and log in same.
- Handle maintenance calls from the main office.
- Maintain records as required.
- Combined responsibilities of testing and running of emergency generators along with the electricians
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
