We are actively seeking production associates to join our Quality Assurance team in a Management Support role on 2nd shift (core schedule, Monday - Thursday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am; and Friday, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am) Job Position And Duties May Include
Using the Datamyte equipment, collects data from each model of part from each line to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
Ensures that Datamyte probes are calibrated daily prior to use.
Notifies QA Dimensional Group of all out of spec parts. Reports any non-conformity that is found to supervisor to ensue parts are contained.
Assists production team with parts containment and sorting of suspect parts.
Maintains the cleanliness of the Data Myte jigs and surrounding areas.
Completes process audit for department.
Responsible for basic equipment maintenance and reports any equipment problems to supervisor.
Follows Quality procedures and Work Instructions as trained. Seeks root cause analysis (SNAP) of failure so as to avoid repeats; shares concerns and problems with supervisor before they intensify. Helps to achieve quality goals, points out potential quality concerns, uses good judgement in making quality decisions.
Follows-up on reoccurring problems and counter-measures implementation to minimize cost.

Weekly Pay
$21.75/hour starting wage
Base-Rate increase every three (3) months for first year
Additional $1/hour at 5 and 10 years of service
