This role is responsible for coordinating nursing care for the Cardiac Cath Lab. in accordance with policies and procedures of the nursing dept. Responsibilities include overseeing unlicensed employee activity, synthesizing patient information, assessment of patients, planning care/intervention, patient teaching, and family. Implementation of treatment in cardiology with physician, and nursing direction. The RN must communicate effectively and collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure safe and effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes. RN with current state license.

Qualifications:

• Must have an unrestricted TN or Compact Nursing License
• 1 year clinical experience as a staff RN in a Cath Lab
• American Heart BLS & ACLS required
• Graduated from an accredited US Nursing school
• Associate's Degree
