Primary Function: Under the supervision of Outpatient Site Supervisors, coordinates scheduling and registrations of all patient therapy appointments utilizing electronic system. This includes; electronic consent and policies, scanning, accurately documenting cancelations and no shows, checking in all patients, on the correct encounter, check-in and informing appropriate party of the arrival using the AeCis system. Coordinates with the clinicians to verify the schedule is accurate, filled to capacity and communicates schedule changes and issues. This position is responsible for all aspects of facility communications, e-mail, fax, and telephone. Admin Coordinators communicate with patients, therapists and visitors providing the highest level of customer service, assisting in resolution of any issues. Responsible to verify all patients have a clearance for their therapy session prior to their appointment along with inputting referrals and authorizations. Demonstrate current understanding of insurance, network and procedural changes and policies. 100% compliant with network Standards of Behavior. This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) all ages in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

Schedule: Tuesday/Thursdays 9-5, Mondays 2-7

Education/Training/Experience:
High School Diploma, previous healthcare office experience including scheduling and registration, good computer skills using Windows products and e-mail, excellent customer service skills.
