**Job Title: Bartender**

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses

- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently

- Adhere to all food and alcohol safety regulations and guidelines

- Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders

**Experience:**

- Previous experience working as a Bartender

- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and customer service principles

- Understanding of food safety procedures and regulations
