Job Summary: The Business Development Coordinator Manager will spend the work day on the telephone and computer. The ideal candidate will be a people-person, energetic, and professional. Focus on increasing overall sales for the dealership. He/She will respond to internet and telephone customer inquiries, and make outbound phone calls, emails and text messages. Build & manager the business development department and staff. Generating appointments and sales from our customer database is a main component of this position. Benefits:

Promptly respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
Use our phone system to market to existing customers and prospects.
Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Generate and confirm sales appointments.
Update JAG report daily.
Price pre-owned cars, mark w/s cars, check numbers on website.
Review closed files, pull credit, process gift cards, lead redemptions, payroll for team.
Create used car ad and attend budget meetings.
Meet with vendors, keep website up to date, (pricing & photos).
Manage BDC team including hiring and documenting performance.
Exhibit ethical behavior and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
Requirements
Valid driver's license
At least 1 year of retail sales experience preferred
Previous Internet Sales position at an automotive dealership preferred
Experience in taking incoming sales phone calls, as well as making outbound marketing calls.
Experience utilizing Inventory and/or CRM systems
Ability to compose well written emails to potential customers
Confident and professional phone manner
Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and/or weekends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
