What will you do

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for exceedingcustomer expectations by delivering exceptional customer serviceproviding in depth product knowledge and creating an awesome brandexperience for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have theability to manage the daily operations of a retail store includingmarketing inventory management customer service and the onboardingand training of new employees.

Our Store Manager will be aneffective leader with excellent communication skills strongdecision making abilities and is able to excel in a fast pacedmultitasking environment while meeting sales goals and maximizingprofitability.

• Provide excellentcustomer service display expert product knowledge and offer anunforgettable shopping experience.
• Possess astrong drive ambition and passion for achievement of salesobjectives.
• Build the store business and brandawareness through Marketing and SocialMedia.
• Hire onboard and train newemployees.
• Oversee all aspects of InventoryManagement.
• Ensure adherence to health andsafety regulations
• Communicate professionallywith customers associates and corporatepartners.
• Support company and managementinitiatives and direction while ensuring adherence to policies andprocedures.
• Maintain merchandise presentation andhousekeeping standards.
• Ensure Loss Preventionawareness to protect the store from internal and externalshortages.

What willyou need

• Minimum of 3years of store management experience inretail.
• Outgoing personality and ability toengage with others.
• Demonstrated ability toachieve individual selling goals as well as train employees to beeffective sales people.
• Exceptionalinterpersonal communication and customer serviceskills.
• Strong personal leadership skills anddesire to succeed.
• Ability to deal with problemsituations in a professional manner.
• Ability tomultitask in a fast paced environment.
• Scheduleflexibility with the ability to work nights weekends and someholidays
• Ability to move about in a storeincluding standing walking bending kneeling stooping climbingladders and step stools carrying bending stretching twisting andlifting objects up to 50 pounds.
• Fluency in asecond language is aplus.
