POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead all things people for our private equity SaaS product client in the healthcare industry. This is an extremely high-growth company in the early stages post-acquisition with a forecasted growth of 8x or more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Work with recruiting vendor to develop growth strategy using FTEs, contract and off-shore resources.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to the CEO and provide decision support through HR metrics and legal compliance measures.

EXPERIENCE
- Experience as the ultimate authority and source of accountability for a small high-growth SaaS product company with FTE headcount starting between 100-200 and annual revenue in the $50MM to $100MM range.
- Experience reporting to a CEO of a SaaS company and leading the HR component of top-down organizational transformation including documenting roles and competencies, resource evaluation, professional improvement plans, hiring / onboarding / and terminating FTEs.
- Carrying ultimate accountability for all HR functions, completed at least one successful private equity portfolio company transaction, from early stages of post-acquisition through to valuation and sale within 5 yrs at a multiplier of 7x or greater.
- Expertise in the evaluation, selection and implementation of cloud-based HRMS tools
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, human resources best practices, succession planning, and performance management

Pay: $165,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
