- Student Mentoring: and athletic skill development
- Conduct organized, structured practices
- Program Organization: roster, uniform and equipment inventory, organize practice instruction, supervision of athletes, etc.
- Coaching Administration: pre- and post-season meetings with the Director of Athletics, parent meeting
