Responsibilities include:

• Greet all persons in a professional, friendly and welcoming manner. Monitor front entrance, screening visitors before granting entry into the building.
• Direct and assist residents, visitors, staff, guests, and vendors
• Assess callers' needs promptly, politely and attentively, leaving callers with a positive impression
• Handle room, special event and guest meal reservations, including handling cash and completing set-up forms
• Sort incoming and post outgoing mail
• Provide assistance with special projects and administrative support as needed
• Conduct training and oversee workflow for receptionist team

Qualifications include:

• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner in a busy, heavy traffic environment.
