STNA - Care Partner

Full Time or Part Time - Days/Evenings

Our STNA - Care Partners are responsible for the delivery of holistic resident centered, resident-directed care that promotes maximization of function, resident autonomy, and choice. The responsibilities of the Care Partner also include care of the elder and the residents' environment, including cooking, laundry, and light housekeeping.

Requirements for an STNA - Care Partner:

• Current and valid STNA certification in Ohio preferred.
• ServSafe certification as required by the State of Ohio prior to or upon hire.
• C.P.R.
• First aid training.
• Dementia care training prior to or upon hire.
• Understanding of and experience in successfully engaging persons with dementia.
• Computer skills-MS word, Internet, e-mail, electronic medical records.
• Cooking skills.
• Self-administration medication training prior to or upon hire.
• Understands and communicates job-related information and directions in English.
