CUSTOMER SERVICE
· Greet in-store customers and answer phone inquiries.
· Develop an understanding of products & their location to efficiently assist customers.
· Use computer system for sales, entering special orders, and other miscellaneous business activities.
· Work with customers to satisfy their needs, and address any issues or complaints.
· Accurately/thoroughly write rental contracts.
· Check in/out rental equipment.
MAINTENANCE
· Maintain clean and open look on floor
· Assist in resetting inventory as needed
· Inspects returned rental equipment for damage, and reports needed repairs to store manager.
· Test starts rental equipment
· Cleans returned rental equipment
INVENTORY
· Helps unload delivery trucks
· Helps with re-stocking merchandise on shelves
OTHER
· Able to work weekends and Holidays
· Attend scheduled meetings as requested
· Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
· Perform other miscellaneous job duties as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Able to bend, stoop, walk, kneel, reach, stand for long periods, and occasionally lift, push, or pull 50lbs.
· Does not have any physical limitations that would prevent the accomplishment the above-described activities.
