Jerry Seiner Dealerships are looking for a Car Deal Clerk to join our Consolidated Business Office in Salt Lake City.

This position will be responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely clerical support for automotive dealerships
• Posting and reconciling accounting entries accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Providing excellent service to internal and external customers

This is a full-time, M-F 8am-5pm position. Work is performed at an adjustable-height (sit-to-stand) desk in an office setting. Will be trained in dealership computer system(s).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and information
• Automotive accounting experience preferred
• Able to work and focus in a busy atmosphere
• Self-motivated to meet deadlines
• Customer experience-oriented
