Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for the food industry. Responsibilities: - Supervise and train staff members to ensure efficient and smooth operations - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement - Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions - Enforce food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction - Coordinate banquet events and ensure seamless execution - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner Skills: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry preferred - Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work environment.
