We are seeking enthusiastic Crew/Shift Leaders who are ready to lead our team in delivering exceptional service. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. This role is perfect for individuals with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and supervise a team of crew members during assigned shifts

- Ensure that all customers receive high-quality service and products

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers

- Handle cash management, including deposits and reconciliation

- Assist with training and onboarding of new crew members

- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

- Uphold Jersey Mike's brand standards and operational procedures

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment, preferably in a leadership role(not required)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
