Responsibilities
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features.
- Contribute to the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area with little oversight.
- Create and implement code for a product, service, or feature, reusing code as applicable.
- Contribute to efforts to break down larger work items into smaller work items and provide estimation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a collaborative and productive engineering culture.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field OR equivalent experience.
- 3 years of solid experience in building and maintaining reliable and scalable services/platforms.
- Proficiency in coding languages including, but not limited to, C, C , C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with production-scale distributed systems.
- Experience in building Machine Learning/Deep Learning systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and platforms.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
