Responsibilities
    • Plan and manage the execution of application or product development projects from initiation to closure.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Allocate resources and coordinate cross-functional teams (including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders) to deliver on project objectives.
    • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and quality.
    • Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize project profitability.
    • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
    • Prepare and present project evaluations and assessments, including lessons learned and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.
    • 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in application or product development.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple software development projects simultaneously.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with [additional project management tools or methodologies].
  • Certifications in project management or related fields.
  • Familiarity with [specific industry such as finance, healthcare, etc.].
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Knowledge of [other relevant skills or experiences such as risk management, Agile coaching, etc.].
