Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the execution of application or product development projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Allocate resources and coordinate cross-functional teams (including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders) to deliver on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and quality.
- Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize project profitability.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project evaluations and assessments, including lessons learned and recommendations for future improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in application or product development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple software development projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
