We are seeking an innovative and strategic Communications and Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to enhancing our brand presence through effective public relations, influencer collaborations, and affiliate marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, a keen understanding of the digital landscape, and a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations (PR):

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the brand's image and visibility.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
• Monitor media coverage and create reports on PR activities and outcomes.

Influencer Relations:

• Identify and engage with key influencers and brand ambassadors to create impactful collaborations.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and objectives.
• Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and partnerships.
• Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Affiliate Marketing:

• Oversee the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment, onboarding, and management of affiliate partners.
• Develop strategies to grow the affiliate network and increase program performance.
• Monitor affiliate activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Create and distribute regular reports on affiliate marketing performance and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and influencer trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and affiliate marketing software.
