Candidates should have basic knowledge in Zoning and Building code.
The jobs will involve but it's not limited to the following tasks:
- Preparing Alteration type 1 and 2 drawing sets for filling with NYC DOB
- Zoning Analysis and diagrams.
- Drawing floor plans, sections and elevations.
- Update submitted drawing sets according to examiner's objections.
