About Us

As we expand, we’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our product strategy, development, and execution.

Position Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration. They will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, scheduling, and sales—to ensure that product goals align with company objectives and customer needs. This Role is open to Hybrid and Remote Candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define product vision and strategy, setting clear goals and priorities. Create and manage a product roadmap that aligns with Jets.com’s strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, scheduling, sales, and external customers to gather feedback and translate it into actionable product features and improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process. Work closely with design, engineering, scheduling, and sales teams to build, test, and launch products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitors to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant in the industry.
  • User-Centric Approach: Advocate for the user experience, ensuring products are developed with the customer in mind by regularly engaging with customers, conducting usability studies, and analyzing feedback.
  • Product Launches: Own the launch process, from planning through to release, including coordinating marketing and sales efforts to ensure a successful rollout.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to measure the success of product initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive key decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the technology or service-based industries.
  • Strong understanding of product management best practices, including Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with user research, data analysis, and competitive market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Disclaimer:

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year. When making a job offer, we consider several factors in our determination, such as years of related work experience; relevant skills and qualifications; education level; and certifications/licenses.
