In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our online store operations and helping us deliver an amazing customer experience.Responsibilities:-Process incoming online orders and ensure accurate fulfillment-Manage product data on our e-commerce platform (adding descriptions, sizing charts, photos)-Assist with product photography (experience a plus, but not required)-Respond to customer inquiries about products and orders in a timely and professional manner-Maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to the team-Assist with social media content creation for our fashion products (optional)-Help with other e-commerce related tasks as needed

Qualifications:-Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail-Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix, etc.) a plus-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-A passion for fashion and understanding of current trends (preferred)-Ability to work independently and as part of a team-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Bonus Points:-Experience in photography or graphic design-Knowledge of social media marketing-Bilingual (English and Spanish a plus)
