This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for HRIS and assists with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

This role is currently hybrid: 3 days per week on-site.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches.
  • Enter all new hire employees and carry-out all data entry related tasks concerning all employee changes including but not limited to re-hires, adjustments, transfers, terminations, and promotions, etc.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
  • Provide support for HRMS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Enter all performance evaluation related data and participate in all data entry tasks surrounding merit.
  • Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
  • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems
  • Experience with previous HRMS, preferably experience with Ultipro and ADP.
  • Knowledge and experience with advanced report writing in HRMS systems, highly preferred.
  • Experience Microsoft applications with an emphasis on excel and access.

The base pay for this position ranges from $52,000 to $63,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
