**About the Neenah, WI Corporate Office:**

**SUMMARY:**

Provides excellent service to policyholders and coworkers by focusing on quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Review and analyze work from multiple sources to expedite the processing of Personal Lines transactions for policyholders within the designated turnaround time to include new submissions and policy modifications that meet internal Underwriting guidelines and standard operating procedures. Consistently meets expectations for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Reviews and analyzes work related to Personal Lines policies through various channels that includes USPS, e-mail, fax, Lockbox, and others.

* Verifies policyholder information is complete and criteria are met for processing.

* Compares manual-entry and pre-filled data with source documents to eliminate errors.

* Verifies and updates changes to policyholder data or insured item information using source documents received through various online sources, policyholders and/or jewelers.

* Correspond and/or provide necessary service from potential and existing policyholders and customers via various omni channels such as chat, email, SMS and other forms as they become available.

* Staying updated with knowledge of all required policies and procedures, systems, and services.

* Excels in accuracy and quality and views these skills as critical to the success of ongoing relationships with our customers and coworkers.

* Embraces change, maintains a positive work environment and actively engages in an ongoing learning culture.

* Report to work at scheduled time with reliable and predictable attendance.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**

Some college or college degree preferred; 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. General insurance and jewelry industry knowledge gained through courses and continuing education required.

**COMPUTER SKILLS**

* Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

* Must be capable of becoming proficient in the Guidewire product suite.

* Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and work from a dual monitor setup.
