Jewish National Fund - USA is Hiring an IT Coordinator Near New York, NY

Job Overview:

Jewish National Fund-USA is seeking a Junior IT Coordinator based out of our Rockville Centre office. The Junior IT Coordinator will be the point of contact person between the Center of Excellence (CoE), Campaign Staff, Marketing Department and the IT department regarding needs related to event registration pages, eblast and text messaging.

This position reports to the Senior Developer and will work with the IT team in making sure requests are completed.

Job Responsibilities:

Streamline the communication process between IT and other staff including the National Events Director, CoE Directors, Associate Directors, Marketing Department, Fundraisers and other CoE Staff when necessary and will assist successful request completion for the below

1. Online Events Registrations (web pages)

2. Eblasts coordination

3. Eblast configuration and sends using the Marketing Cloud

4. Help define Eblast frequency and best practice

5. Ensure defined lists are uploaded and pulled from Salesforce

6. Coordinatization of text message sends in line with corresponding eblast sends

7. Work with the analytic team on webpage, eblast stats and text message sends

8. Any other duties assigned by the Senior Developer

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role
  • Previous experience in help desk support will be a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, databases and applications
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with competent vocabulary
  • BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar relevant field
  • HTML CSS knowledge is a plus

Compensation:

$45,000-$50,000

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
