The Jewish Union Foundation is seeking compassionate, patient, and dedicated individuals to join our team as one-on-one support staff for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence and growth.
• Assist with daily activities, including personal care, communication and community integration.
• Supporting individuals in developing and achieving personal goals.
• Completing paperwork to track individuals monthly progress and monitor their work towards specific goals.

Qualifications:

• Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
• Patience, empathy and strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Additional training or certifications a plus.

This is a part-time position. Flexible schedule.
