Our client in the Harrisburg area is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary position lasting approximately 2 months.

Offering a competitive salary of $25 / hr., this role presents an excellent opportunity for accounting or finance students seeking summer experience or individuals with proven accounts payable expertise open to short-term assignments.

Requirements :

• Preferred : Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Preferred : Accounts payable experience
• Required : Proficiency in Excel
• Essential : Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities :

• Process vendor invoices and manage short-term debts and payments to suppliers and creditors.
• Review and clarify invoice details, prices, and receiving signatures.
• Compile and review invoices for payment completion, maintaining necessary documentation.
• Prepare reports and input daily bookkeeping entries to ensure financial record accuracy.
