Our client in York, PA is looking for a Chemical Operator to join their team, where you'll be comfortable in a temperature-regulated setting, with on the job training and growth opportunities.

As a Chemical Operator, you'll manage various production tasks, including material handling, weighing, mixing, coating, slitting, packaging, and sanitization.

You'll also perform in-process sampling, inspection, and testing. This position is open at 2nd and 3rd shift and the compensation for this role is up to $21.

50. Employees also receive shift differential.

Key Responsibilities for Chemical Operator :

• Accurately complete paperwork and operational documentation
• Adhere to manufacturing regulations, cGMPs in line with guidelines
• Uphold a safe and clean workspace, rectifying unsafe practices or conditions
• Support LEAN activities, analysis, preventative maintenance, and laboratory activities
• Dispose of hazardous waste responsibly

Job Specifications for Chemical Operator :

• High school education minimum
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to implement procedures error-free
• Ability to work with numbers consistently and accurately
• Flexibility to adapt to production schedule changes
• Ability to wear proper PPE for extended periods
• Physical exertion such as long periods of standing, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities
