About the Role:
As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will be part of a small team, working closely with application developers and reporting personnel. You will have the opportunity to transition from SSRS to leverage data marts and Power BI, making you a key player in the organization's growth.

Projects and Challenges:
You will be tasked with writing Power BI dashboards and leveraging external databases to extract valuable healthcare data. Your role will involve not just data extraction, but also data analysis and storytelling to help the business understand the implications of the data.

Data & Reporting Analyst requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL and Visual Studio
• Experience with relational databases and writing SQL statements against databases
• Experience with dashboards/reporting
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Healthcare knowledge is a plus
