Director, Affiliates And Partnerships Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Affiliate Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our affiliates & partners. The Affiliate Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of affiliates, develop & integrate new partners, and analyze and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Scale the affiliate program by growing existing relationships and discovering new partnership opportunities
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network
  • Manage partnerships and build strong, long-term relationships and maintain frequent contact with partners
  • Negotiate and optimize each partnership to ensure business objectives and targets are met
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Monitor and analyze performance daily, as well as provide weekly business updates
  • Work cross-functionally with internal & external stakeholders to launch new partners

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5 years of affiliate management experience is required
  • Experience with lead gen or affiliate platforms (Everflow, Impact, Cake, Boberdoo, etc.)
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with lead generation and the debt relief industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new marketing strategies.

Range of total compensation- $75,000 to $150,000 per year
