JGM is Hiring a Project Admin/Human Resources Admin Near Queens, NY
- JGM is looking for a project coordinator that has some Human Resources experience. This individual will manage and maintain staff badging processes, ensuring compliance with airport security requirements.
- Proven experience in HR, administrative support, or a related role, preferably in an airport or transportation environment.
- Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping, data entry, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Serve as an authorized signatory for airport-related documentation and processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and management to facilitate onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate selection.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and airport regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on HR activities, staffing levels, and other relevant metrics.
- Assist in organizing and conducting employee training sessions and meetings.
- Collaborate with contract managers, airport authorities, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any administrative issues.
- Must meet PANYNJ badging requirements.
