• This resource will help with a communications site, SharePoint site (currently being built) – need someone very good with graphics and can understand these sites, create templates for the team to use, manage users/access
• Power automate, automation experience, maintaining automation workflows experience required
• Must have good communication and collaboration, willing to learn
Must Have Skills:
- SharePoint sites (communication sites, templates, permission levels, etc)
- Power Automate (automation and management of workflows)
- Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating and editing content to communicate ideas.
- Experience with other Microsoft Suite applications (Power point, Excel, Word)
- Meticulous organizational skills and follow-through
- MUST submit candidate with portfolio link added to resume (visual representations of things they have worked on before, Sharepoint visuals/pages/templates they have created)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Work with little direction on complicated, sensitive, and confidential assignments

Job Description:
The client is seeking a Program Manager to provide successful definition, implementation and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget and under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors. Build and maintain processes, workflows, dashboards, tools (Power Apps, SharePoint, Confluence, emerging technologies etc.), and related documentation to increase transparency and efficiency for the organization. Set up — or improve — robust systems and routines to track and communicate progress of multiple strategic priorities, projects, and initiatives, to ensure program goals are met and benefits are attained. Coordinate document preparation across stakeholders that meets content and quality expectations for program-level strategic planning, interaction with executive level management, complex issue resolution, excellent communications and team building skills. Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levels.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree required and suggested in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. PMP or PMI certification. 2 - 4 years’ experience. Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities. Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization. Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.
