“CSA” CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS with STC Management are responsible for delivering an energetic, positive experience for ALL customers! Attitude and mindset are crucial to this position, and both are translated by actions, speech and mannerisms.

STC CSA Position Functions: You will be required to complete all CBT’s “Computer Based Training”, train and review STC’s CSA training manual, follow all safety procedures within our locations. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and basic computer skills. Have problem solving skills, strong time management, patience and the willingness to always go above and beyond!
Additional functions of the CSA position include but are not limited to greeting new arriving customers within 10 seconds of them pulling onto one of our lots, escorting customers to our lounge’s along with a proper lounge orientation, perform ring outs when needed, clean and organize the CSA station and help within the store when needed and answering telephones properly and professionally.
