JobDescription :
The Customer SupportSpecialist team serves as a single point of contact for ourstrategic customers providing them a best in class customerexperience in a multichannel fastpaced support environment.
Thisrole will be responsible for building and maintaining anexceptional operational relationship with customers by coordinatingall aspects of the our processes including cross / upsell quote &producing an accurate invoice in a timely consistent and qualitymanner.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and processall inbound requests in a timely consistent and qualitymanner
Track all customer touchpoints in ourCRM (Salesforce)
Build and maintain operationalrelationships with each customer driving revenue growth retentionand call position
Maximize / generate additionalrevenue by upselling / cross selling solutions while providing a bestin class customer service & experience
Proactively identify customer needs or challenges and collaboratewith Customer Solutions Dept. leadership team to resolve
Contribute to departmental improvements with intentionsto improve the future state of all existing processes andprocedures.
Maintain established team KeyPerformance Indicators regarding response time quality retention& revenue growth
