Job Description

The Mobile Service Dispatcher Assistant keeps our Mobile Service Technicians on the road and helps our team deliver exceptional service experiences. The Mobile Service Dispatcher Assistant will help our Lead Dispatcher with scheduling incoming Mobile Service appointments and proactively reach out to existing and new commercial customers to schedule mobile service repairs and services. The Mobile Service Assistant Dispatcher will also confirm appointments and manage the technicians daily repair schedule to minimize the amount of time spent driving and maximize repair hours and ROs per day. This is a fast-paced and growing department. Successful candidates will be adaptable and willing to take on new tasks to help grow the Jim Burke Mobile Service business.

• Automotive repair or logistical experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Clean DMV
• Good computer skills

Mobile Service Dispatch Asst. Schedule

Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, but subject to change for business needs. The Auto Mall Quick Lane hours are Monday - Friday 7:30a - 5:30p and Saturday 8am-5pm.
