We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products within our warehouse. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring our products are stored and shipped in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification is a plus).
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
