Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:

Respond promptly to customer’s KBB Instant Cash Offer inquiries to set appointments

Meet and greet customers when they arrive at the Kelley Blue Book Atlanta Center

Explain KBB ICO process

Perform a KBB ICO vehicle walk around to validate customer’s KBB Instant Cash Offer

If purchase agreement is reached complete all purchase paperwork accurately

Maintain Buying Center CRM database by entering information

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Performs other duties as assigned by management

The KBB Buying Center is a Team Environment and Teamwork is required

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
