Pay Range : $15 - $17 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Ensure that the reception area and showroom are clean and well-maintained
• Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
• Assist in organizing and coordinating dealership events
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and customer service
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
