Job Summary:
Jim Norton Toyota - OKC is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive BDC Agent. As a BDC (Business Development Center) Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, setting appointments for our sales team, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. This is an individual contributor role and is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary up to $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage leads through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions
• Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Gather and record customer information accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement new strategies and promotions to generate leads
• Maintain a working knowledge of our dealership's products and services
• Provide support to the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks as needed
• Uphold the dealership's standards and policies at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
