- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Work directly with and assist Finance Manager with creation of contracts and deal documentation, paperwork correction, customer follow-up for new and used car sales and leases.
- Assist with verifying accuracy of new and used vehicle sale/lease deal documentation.
- Process new license plate and license plate transfer requests via State of Michigan CVR System.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions and customer information.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and refunds.
- Assist Finance Manager with entry and tracking of monthly data necessary for department records.
- Communicate with banks and financial institutions to track and resolve issues pertaining to deal processing and funding.
- Collaborate with sales and finance departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed.
