Sales Consultant - Jim Shorkey Commercial Center

Jim Shorkey Commercial Center at Ford is searching for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with commercial clients, identifying their needs, and exceeding their expectations by providing exceptional customer service and selling our extensive line of Ford, CDJR, Chevy, and other commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients in your assigned territory.
• Prospect for new business opportunities and develop leads through various channels.
• Consult with clients to understand their specific business needs and recommend the most suitable Ford commercial vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to final delivery.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes and proposals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest commercial vehicle features and benefits.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial vehicle/truck sales, or a related field, is plus.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
