POSITION: Customer Service Relations Representative
LOCATION: Ford-East

POSITION SUMMARY: Contacts customers to determine level of satisfaction with service provided. Maintains goodwill between the dealership and all customers; follows up on sales and delivery of vehicles, service and customer satisfaction with the process; maintains accurate records of customer's contacted, and their responses; coordinates follow-up programs for service and sales; update files for consistency and tracking; works with sales and service managers to resolve customer complaints; maintains up-to-date records for manufacturer and dealer audits.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Calls or receives calls from customers to obtain answers to a series of pre-determined questions as follow-up for sales and service.
2. Maintains accurate records of customer's contact and their responses.
3. Coordinates all follow-up programs for service.
4. Works with service management to be certain customer contacts are made in a timely manner and updates files for consistency and tracking.
5. Works with management to resolve customer complaints.
6. Maintains up-to-date records for manufacturer and dealer audits.
7. Sets appointments for dealerships as determined by the CSI Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Clearly communicates by telephone and simultaneously records information being given during the conversation process, accurately and legibly.
2. English reading and math skills sufficient to read all related documents and manufacture's information. (approximately the 12th grade level.)
3. Daily attendance which is both consistent, regular and timely as determined by the weekly schedule.
4. Works with more than one person and/or task simultaneously, maintaining a cordial and friendly manner at all times without internalizing frustration anger or pressure.
5. Works on several assignments simultaneously with accurate results.
6. Reads and accurately records or copy up to "18" alphanumeric series, dollar figures, words, and/or description.
7. Sends emails, text messages as follow up for sales and service.
8. Replies to all email and text messages from customers related to sales and service follow up.
9. Takes direction on future assignments/tasks and follows through in a timely and accurate manner.
10. Utilizes a telephone to simultaneously record information being given during the conversation process; prepares documents and reports as required on a regular and consistent basis.
11. Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably towards other co-workers.
