Job DescriptionJimmy John’s City of Industry location is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sandwich Maker and Delivery Associate. This position requires a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting delicious sandwiches, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. 1st week of training will be at the Whittier location!Two Positions Open:
Wednesday-Sunday 4pm-close!Or Saturday/Sunday 11:00-4:00 and
Monday-Wednesday 11:00-2:00Responsibilities:

- Sandwich Making:
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Delivery Services:
- Take responsibility for a timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Customer Service:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Store Maintenance:
- Keep the sandwich shop clean and organized during downtime.
- Follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Cash Handling:
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Process payments and provide receipts as needed.
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Valid driver’s license for delivery responsibilities.
- Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license for delivery responsibilities.
- Valid car insurance.
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs.
- May include evenings and weekends.
- Min 15 hours
