**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and possess excellent leadership skills.

**Duties:**

- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction

- Manage and motivate staff members to achieve performance goals

- Handle inventory control

- Utilize POS systems for transactions

- Implement shift management strategies to optimize efficiency

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization

- Proficiency in POS systems

- Strong background in inventory control and restaurant management

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in food service management or related field
