Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions and ensure smooth operations within the department.

Duties:
- Assist in data collection and maintenance of employee records
- Support performance management processes
- Aid in benefits administration tasks
- Assist with recruiting efforts such as scheduling interviews and posting job openings
- Utilize Salesforce, Lever, and other HR software for efficient operations
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Familiarity with Paylocity, Taleo, and payroll processes

Experience:
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
