**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team in a fast-paced food environment. As a key member of our service staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including food preparation, food handling, and food demonstrating. **Responsibilities:**
- Assist with food preparation and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Prepare and serve product samples to shoppers
- Ensure that customer requests are met
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions customers may have about our products, taking different simple requests, taking advance platter orders.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and follow proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation and service
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a quick service restaurant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification in food handling preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
