**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company and driving the company's financial strategy and planning. **Duties:** - Lead the finance team in managing accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations - Manage revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making - Oversee financial analysis, including cash flow, budget variance analysis, and financial modeling - Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and technical accounting standards **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred - Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive role - Strong knowledge of governmental accounting principles - Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and revenue management - Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations - Proficiency in cost control strategies and technical accounting standards This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to lead our company's financial operations and drive strategic growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
