Overview :

Executes the day-to-day tasks to support and assist the functions of the Quality Assurance team. Work closely with internal cross-functional teams in Sourcing, Technical Design, Product Development, Color, Fabric, as well as with overseas offices, agents, and vendors. Contributes and collaborates to ensure products and fabrics meet all expected quality requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities :
  • Works closely with Quality Assurance Team on various data entry needs at different points in the product development process.
  • Accurately enter approved care/content in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management system).
  • Create, maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets tracking various aspects of the Quality Assurance process for Apparel and Accessories departments.
  • Assist in Wear-Test process – coordinate and distribution of samples, tracking results, assist in wash process and measuring.
  • Set up and maintain product folders for each season and carryover programs.
  • Organize and maintain approval submit and sample library as needed.
  • Assist in communication with agents and vendors to track flow of submits and necessary samples.
  • Maintain Quality Alert chart for any current quality callouts and track progress until issue is resolved and closed.
  • Review and correct as needed Catalog and Web copy content for Care and Fabric Content.
Qualifications :
  • Effectively communicate in written and verbal form
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload
  • Work as a member of a team
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Detail oriented, flexible and highly organized to be able to work on multiple projects at once
  • Sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
  • Strong desire to learn

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years work experience
