Responsibilities will include a wide variety of HR functions including processing of payroll, maintaining complete and accurate electronic employee records, benefit administration, compliance requirements and be the administrator of the HCM, Dayforce.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.Essential Job Functions:Accurately and timely processing of both weekly and biweekly payrollsMaintains and updates the HCM system, DayforceCompiles payroll data for reporting purposesUpdate employee records as needed or requestedServes as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering polices and by helping resolve work-related problems.Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.Recruits, interviews, performs pre-employment checks, and recommends the ideal candidates for available positions.Administers compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.Assists with compliance reportingAssists with preparing claims for PFL, FMLA, DBL, WC, and Unemployment. Requirements:Minimum of an AS degree in Human Resources; or a relevant degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR/PR combination position.Advanced computer skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalFirm understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirementsAdvanced user of Ceridian Dayforce HCM or the ability to master it fairly quickly.Benefits include: 100% Employer paid Medical insurance from day one, 10 days of paid vacation time to use in your first year, Student Loan Repayment Match, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company match and more.Full time, in-office, M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
