Part time Onsite Property Manager (Salem, OR)
JK Management is looking for a dependable full-time Property Manager. All applicants must be 18 or older and must pass a criminal background check. This position is for a 64-unit apartment community in Salem, OR
Compensation includes a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment valued at $1,375/month plus monthly salary starting at $2,288. Managers are required to live onsite in the provided apartment.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Day to day property operations
-Showing apartments and accepting applications
-Accepting rent and completing deposits
-Daily inspection/cleaning of the grounds and garbage enclosures
-Posting notices to residents
-Managing the turnover of move-ins and move-outs
-Covering duties for neighboring communities
-Light maintenance
Apartment management experience preferred.
Office hours are Monday - Thursday; total of 24 hours per week.
*There is a mandatory criminal background check
*High School Diploma or GED is required
